Presentata la nuova generazione WD RE3 contraddistinta da elevate capacità di storage e bassa rumorosità.

Il mercato degli Hard Drives del segmento high-capacity storage continua a crescere. Nella giornata di oggi Western Digital Corporation ha annunciato le nuove unità serie RE3, evoluzione della famiglia WD RE, con tagli da 1 TB (WD 1002FBYS) e 750 GB (WD57502ABYS. Disponibili al prezzo di 249 dollari (WD RE3 1 TB) e 199 dollari (WD RE3 750 GB), i nuovi Hard Disks integrano una cache di 32MB, sfruttano l´interfaccia SATA 3.0 e sono coperti da garanzia di 5 anni.
